Eddy Rioseco eddy

Eddy Rioseco received a full scholarship for Acting from the prestigious Carnegie Mellon University.  Having always been physically gifted in movement, he decided to take up classical ballet and jazz in college and began to excel very quickly.   After graduating with honors, he moved to The Big Apple, where he worked in acclaimed hits Mamma Mia and Fame on New York’s 42nd Street.

While on Broadway, he began to study Pilates at several classic studios and found a deep organic connection to the form.  Eddy had always longed to help and reach people who wish for health, happiness and optimism and chose to move to Los Angeles to pursue his dreams. Receiving his Pilates Certification through Whole Body Gallery in Hollywood, Eddy was immediately hired in three different studios and began training privately as well.

Eddy has worked with a wide range of students including children, rehabilitating injuries, toning young men and women, avid “boot-campers” and older clients focusing on their core and flexibility.  Eddy loves to incorporate deep breathing and a sense of play to all his classes and concentrates on using the client’s natural body weight to strengthen the body from the inside out.  Although he understands and respects the student’s limitations, he loves to encourage everyone to their fullest capabilities.

He can’t wait to see you in class!
