Paul Ki H. Kim, is a State California Licensed Acupuncturist, L.Ac. MS and DOM, with professional interest in the quality patient care through integrated medicine, East and West. He is Korean and grew up within the culture that harbors acupuncture and holistic medicine only to witness amazing effects numerous occasions through his personal illness at younger age.

He has compelling reasons for his confidence in Asian medicine through his work on the cruise ship, Norwegian Sun, cruising in Alaska and Caribbean. He, as a resident acupuncturist, treated patients across the US, suffering from HA (migraine), Sinusitis, Lumbago, Sciatica, Plantar Fascitis, Tendonitis, Bursitis, and Rotator cup tear on the shoulder, Insomnia, Depression, Diabetic condition, Arthritis (RA, OA, and others), enlarged Prostate and the list goes on. Completing his mission on acupuncture at sea successfully, he got off the ship and he worked for the Life University Health Center in Redondo Beach as a supervisor after he had further experience20of helping people in need with versatile ethnicity at Clinica Medica de San Miguel. He opened his own clinic in Los Angeles while remaining at the institution.

He has been pursuing painless acupuncture with his subtle needling that most patients don’t feel anything during the treatment; He defies the idea that patients may well tolerate some torture for the sake of treatment. “No pain, no gain” should not apply here!!
He treats the suffering with his tender, gentle but potent healing touch of Qi, the life force.

He has kept himself busy studying conventional medicine also as his time permits. This will bring him to a higher quality level in screening any critical and urgent issues that may require a transfer of his patients to a professional in western medicine. He is always trying to be open-minded and ready to learn anything new and challenging.
